What is the expiration date of your products?
Most products are best used within 6–12 months after opening due to natural ingredients.
How often are The Cure products made?
Products are made weekly to ensure you receive the freshest skincare possible.
Do oil cleansers really clean the skin?
Yes. Oil attracts oil, making it effective at removing dirt, makeup, and excess sebum without leaving skin dry or tight.
Are your products fragrance free?
Yes. All products are fragrance free, except those containing essential oils, which are clearly stated. Some ingredients may have a natural aroma.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. All face care products avoid unnecessary ingredients, use very limited essential oils, and include calming components to reduce redness and irritation.
What skin types are your products suitable for?

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
Many expecting mothers have used our products safely. Review ingredients carefully and consult a healthcare professional.
Are your products vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free?
Yes! All products meet these standards.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. We never test on animals.
Usage & Multi-Use
Do you offer hair products?
Not specifically, but many products are multi-use. The Body Whip can be used as a nourishing hair mask, and Face Serum can help tame flyaways and restore shine.
Are The Cure products tear-free?
No. Use caution when applying near the eyes.
How should I store your products?
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Natural separation or colour changes are normal.
What should I do if my skin reacts to a product?
Stop use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if irritation continues. Always patch test new products.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping fees depend on order size and destination and are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

All orders are final sale. No refunds will be issued for any products.

We offer exchanges or refunds only in the following cases:

Processing Exchanges and Refunds:

Each request is handled on a case-by-case basis

Damaged items do not need to be returned. Replacements will be sent after processing a claim with the courier (may take a few weeks)

Promotions & Loyalty
Can I use more than one promo code at checkout?
Only one promo code per order. This includes Cure Coins. Codes cannot be combined.
What are Cure Coins and how do they work?
Cure Coins are loyalty points earned with purchases. Redeem them for discounts on future orders. Cannot be combined with other codes.
