Exchange/Refund Policy
Final Sale:
All orders are final sale. No refunds will be issued for any products.
Exceptions:
We offer exchanges or refunds only in the following cases:
- The product causes a skin reaction.
- The product is damaged upon receipt.
Requesting an Exchange or Refund:
If your order qualifies for an exchange or refund, please contact The Cure Skincare by email with the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Reason for exchange or return request
- Photos
Processing Exchanges and Refunds:
- Each request is handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Damaged items do not need to be returned. Replacements will be sent after we have processed a claim with FedEx, which may take a few weeks.
- Exchanges or refunds will be issued once the product is received by The Cure Skincare. Please return the product in its original packaging, including any summer packaging (e.g., ice pack, thermal bubble wrap). If the item is damaged upon return, we will contact you to discuss next steps.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanges within Canada and the United States.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your exchange has been processed.
